Provided free, as-is. Cost figures are estimates from your own answers with stated assumptions — labeled as such, never guarantees.

The first fix ($500)

Prepaid at booking via Stripe. Deliverable = a baseline of your flood windows measured with timed test calls (with your written permission; excluded hours stay excluded), ONE fix from the published menu built and running — text-back wording approved by you before anything sends — the before/after in writing with a 30-day re-check, and a working session. One fix per purchase; the menu on the first-fix page is the scope. Where phone-system access isn't granted, we deliver the working configuration plus an install runbook. Test calls never book real slots. Reschedule by replying to your confirmation email.

Refunds

Full refund before the probe window starts. Once measurement begins, we complete and deliver it.

Builds

Quoted in writing from the first fix's evidence under their own signed scope; "from $2,500" is a published floor, not a quote.

Honest limits

We measure and improve peak-hour coverage. We don't guarantee patient volume or revenue — nobody honest can — which is why before/after measurements go in writing instead of promises.

The boring rest
